Bodega y Viñedos Serapio founded in 2019 in Mota del Cuervo, a place with a wine-making soul in the heart of Castilla La Mancha. With this first symbolic production of 500 bottles, the dream of Patricia y José Ángel for making their own wine.

From day one, our mission has been clear: to produce wines that reflect the unique essence of our land and the character of our grapes, always respecting the natural rhythms of the vineyard. At Serapio, we do not believe in rushing or cutting corners. Each bottle is the result of meticulous care, from the vineyard to the bottle, and a deep commitment to quality.

We are a family-run winery where manual labour, patience and passion can be felt in every corner. We produce white, red and rosé wines from the following varieties: AIREN, SAUVIGNON BLANC and SYRAH, seeking in each one the most faithful expression of our grape varieties and vineyard, located in a unique setting: the complex Lagunar Manjavacas, with a diversity of flora, fauna and unique soil that gives our wines their personality.

We believe in honest wines, in a job well done, and in sharing who we are through every glass.

In short, Serapio is a family project that aims to bottle the varieties we like and the wine we would like to share. All of this is produced using traditional methods, which allows us to bring out all the nuances of the variety and the vineyard, which we care for with such dedication.

A project developed entirely by our own hands throughout the entire process, from pruning the vineyard to labelling the bottle.

A project that aims to pass on to those who come after us our passion for vineyards and wine, a passion inherited from those who came before us.
